Ediblesbykisses does not accept returns, or provide refunds for any payment charged for orders. If you cancel, postpone, or reschedule a custom order, a credit will be added to your account, which can be used for future invoices within a year.
If you need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule your order and notify Ediblesbykisses less than 2 weeks in advance, your deposit or full payment will be honored as a cake credit, valid for up to 1 year.
Postponing refers to delaying an event with an unknown date, while rescheduling involves scheduling the event again with a new time and date.
You have the flexibility to use your cake credit for any order placed within 1 year of the invoice sent. However, please note that rescheduling is subject to Ediblesbykisses' calendar and availability.
